1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options The purchase contract is concluded with Tobias Maiwald.
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text The contract language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English
We store the contract text in our systems, but it is not accessible to you.
4. Delivery Terms Delivery Options We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
We deliver only by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Prepayment If you select the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit Card During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
Amazon Pay To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“Amazon”), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by Amazon Pay within one banking day after placing the order.
Amazon Pay may offer registered and selected Amazon Pay customers further payment options in their customer account based on their own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these options; further individually offered payment options concern your legal relationship with Amazon Pay. Apple Pay To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
Google Pay To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
Klarna In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information will be provided with the respective payment option and during the ordering process.
Purchase on Invoice via Klarna The invoice amount is due 14 days after shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice. Payment by invoice can only be used by consumers.
Klarna may offer registered and selected Klarna customers further payment options in their customer account based on their own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these options; further individually offered payment options concern your legal relationship with Klarna. Further information can be found in your Klarna account.
Credit Card via Klarna During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. No address and credit check is carried out.
Direct Debit via Klarna You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you of the date of account debit (so-called prenotification). The account debit will take place after shipment of the goods.
Installment Purchase via Klarna You can pay the invoice amount in up to 36 monthly installments. For some orders, a down payment may be required. The due date is determined according to Klarna's payment plan. The installment purchase via Klarna can only be used by consumers.
Klarna may offer registered and selected Klarna customers further payment options (e.g. interest-free installment plans) in their customer account based on their own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these options; further individually offered payment options concern your legal relationship with Klarna. Sofort / Sofortüberweisung via Klarna To pay the invoice amount via Sofort / Sofortüberweisung via Klarna, you must have a Klarna account and a bank account activated for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. No credit check is carried out for payment by Sofortüberweisung. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
PayPal, PayPal Express To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Skrill To pay the invoice amount via the Skrill service of the payment service provider Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited, George’s Quay, Dublin 2, D02 VR98, Ireland (“Skrill”), you must be registered with Skrill, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by Skrill immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
6. Retention of Title The product remains our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
7.1 Statutory Liability for Defects The statutory liability for defects applies.
7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Liability We are liable without limitation for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

in the event of injury to life, body or health,

in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

in the event of guarantees given, insofar as agreed, or

insofar as the scope of application of the German Product Liability Act is opened.

The content of this book serves exclusively informational, educational, historical, scientific and/or entertainment purposes. It does not constitute an invitation, instruction, recommendation or incitement to the consumption, manufacture, acquisition, distribution or other handling of narcotics, psychoactive substances, New Psychoactive Substances (NpSG) or other health-endangering or illegal substances.
The buyer / reader is expressly advised that the consumption, manufacture or other handling of such substances may be punishable under the law in Germany and many other countries (in particular under the Narcotics Act – BtMG –, the New Psychoactive Substances Act – NpSG – and comparable provisions) and carries significant health risks, up to and including life-threatening or permanent consequences.
We assume no liability – neither contractual nor tortious – for damages resulting from misuse, misinterpretation, misapplication or deliberate disregard of any (possibly contained in the book) warnings. This applies in particular to damages arising from

health, psychological, social or other consequential damages,

criminal, regulatory, administrative or civil consequences, suffered by the reader, buyer or third parties.
The reader / buyer acts at their own risk and on their own responsibility. We expressly and emphatically advise against using the content in any way that violates applicable law or endangers one's own health, the health of third parties or public safety.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly relies, by slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Final Provision – Prevailing Language These General Terms and Conditions are provided in both German and English. In case of any discrepancies or differences in interpretation between the English translation and the German original, the German version shall prevail and be legally binding.
