Shipping & Delivery

We ship your order quickly and reliably – usually within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery Area We currently ship to Germany, all countries of the European Union, and worldwide (excluding countries under embargoes or sanctions). If your country cannot be delivered to, we will inform you before shipping.

Delivery Time The expected delivery time after dispatch is:

Germany: 1–3 business days
EU (excluding Germany): 3–8 business days
Rest of the world (e.g. USA, Switzerland, UK, Australia): 7–21 business days

The exact delivery time depends on the destination country, customs clearance (for non-EU countries), and the shipping service provider. The period starts, in case of prepayment, on the day after the payment order is issued to your credit institution, and in case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract.

Shipping Costs (as of 2026) We ship with DHL as a reliable partner.
The flat shipping fee is:

Germany: €4.50 (up to 1 kg, small parcel / goods post)
EU (excluding Germany): €8.90
Rest of the world (e.g. USA, Switzerland, UK, Australia): €12.90

The prices apply to shipments up to approx. 1 kg (typical book weight).

Customs and Import Duties (Non-EU Countries) For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT, and other fees may apply. These costs are borne by the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no influence on the amount of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Self-Collection Self-collection of the goods on site is unfortunately not possible.

Partial Deliveries We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be incurred as a result.

Transfer of Risk The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you upon handover to the transport company (DHL).
